Not feeling the vibe? We're here to help. While we aim for perfection, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.
Important:
To maintain a streamlined process, all returns must be pre-authorized. You must contact us before sending any items back to our warehouse. Items returned without prior contact may not be eligible for a refund.
The Return Process
- Contact Us First: Email our support team at info@usefltrd.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Review: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the correct return shipping address.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack your items in their original packaging. The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Guidelines
- Original Condition: Items must be unused, and in original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately at info@usefltrd.com with photos of the issue. We'll prioritize getting a replacement out to you right away.
