We started FLTRD with one question: why is clean drinking water so complicated? Bottled water creates mountains of plastic waste. Tap water varies wildly in quality. We believed there had to be a better way.

The Problem We Saw

Over 480 billion plastic bottles are sold globally every year. Less than 10% are recycled. At the same time, studies show that tap water in many cities contains traces of lead, chlorine, PFAS, microplastics, and pharmaceutical residues — often within legal limits, but far from ideal.

Our Solution

We developed Nano-Carbon — a multi-stage filtration system that fits inside a sleek, reusable bottle. Activated carbon, ion exchange resin, and hollow fiber membranes work together to remove up to 99% of contaminants while preserving essential minerals like calcium and magnesium.
